Welcome to OnyxAuth! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnyxAuth website, API, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by OnyxAuth ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

OnyxAuth provides a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offering software licensing, Digital Rights Management (DRM), user authentication APIs, and auto-delivery integrations for independent software developers and businesses.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API Keys, and Application Secrets.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

OnyxAuth is designed for legitimate software developers to protect their intellectual property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities. You agree NOT to use OnyxAuth to:

  • Distribute, license, or sell malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnets.
  • Distribute cracked software, stolen credentials, or unauthorized access to third-party services.
  • Engage in any activity that violates local or international laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the OnyxAuth API or infrastructure.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate and permanent account termination without a refund, and we may report such activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscriptions and services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • All payments are processed through third-party secure gateways (e.g., Hoodpay, Stripe). We do not store your payment information.
  • Due to the digital nature of our SaaS product, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. End-User Data (Your Customers)

As a developer, you use OnyxAuth to authenticate your users. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and necessary consent to collect your users' data (such as IP addresses and Hardware IDs) through our SDKs. OnyxAuth acts only as a data processor for this information.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OnyxAuth does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update APIs, or suspend the Service for critical security patches.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnyxAuth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
